Meridian is an ERP for a small service business in Canada: CRM, proposals, invoicing, and projects. An agent connects over MCP. Prices are in CAD, per workspace. The app is hosted at OVH Beauharnois, Quebec.
One workspace includes CRM, proposals, invoicing (Stripe and Interac), and projects. The interface is French by default, with English. Invoices are in CAD.
API and MCP are included from the Solo plan. A Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor session over MCP does not spend the included AI credits.
Law 25 applies. Hosting is OVH Beauharnois, Quebec.
The price is per workspace, not per user. User caps are listed on each plan. Annual price is 10 times the monthly price (2 months free).
Solo, Équipe, and Pro include $5 of AI credits per month. Entreprise credits are negotiated. Taxes (GST/QST) are extra.
The trial is the Équipe plan for 14 days. No card.
| Plan | Monthly | Annual | Users | AI credits / month |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Solo | $29 | $290 | 1 | $5 |
| Équipe | $79 | $790 | 5 | $5 |
| Pro | $159 | $1,590 | 15 | $5 |
| Entreprise | On request | On request | Unlimited | Negotiated |
The authenticated MCP endpoint is POST /api/meridian/mcp (Streamable HTTP, JSON-RPC). OAuth 2.1 with PKCE and dynamic client registration. Tokens are issued with the scope meridian:full. Narrower scopes are not issued yet. Tool calls are still filtered by the user's permissions.
Protected resource metadata (RFC 9728) is at /.well-known/oauth-protected-resource and at /.well-known/oauth-protected-resource/api/meridian/mcp. Authorization server metadata (RFC 8414) is at /.well-known/oauth-authorization-server.
A draft MCP server card is at /api/meridian/mcp/server-card. The draft AI catalog is at /.well-known/ai-catalog.json. The card spec is not final.
OpenAPI: /api/meridian/docs/spec.json. Plans as JSON: /pricing.json. This file's index: /llms.txt. Longer text: /llms-full.txt.
POST /api/agent/workspaces with JSON: email, full_name, workspace_name, and optional locale (fr or en, default fr). The same call exists as the MCP tool create_trial_workspace on POST /api/agent/mcp.
The workspace is created on the Équipe trial immediately. The user stays inactive until the human opens the confirmation link in the email. Until then the human cannot sign in. After confirmation, the link continues to a password form.
An email that already belongs to an active user returns 409 email_in_use. Use OAuth with that human instead of creating a second workspace. Requests are rate limited per IP and per email.
Agent payment is disabled. AGENT_CHECKOUT_ENABLED is not true. The tool returns 403 and is omitted from tools/list.
The tool is POST /api/meridian/v1/billing/agent_checkout, MCP name create_plan_checkout. Body: plan_id (solo, equipe, or pro) and interval (monthly or annual). The response is a Stripe Checkout URL. The human, or a payment-capable agent, completes it. Entreprise is quote only and has no checkout.
Currency is CAD. Stripe Tax adds GST/QST when the Stripe account has Stripe Tax enabled. The webhook reuses the existing Stripe endpoint and does not credit AI packs for this payment.
Prices on this page and in /pricing.json are the public price card. They are CAD, per workspace, taxes extra. The trial is 14 days of Équipe, no card.
There is no separate terms-of-service URL. The commercial terms an agent needs are these: confirmation email before sign-in, trial length above, taxes extra, hosting at OVH Beauharnois, Law 25, MCP included from Solo, MCP does not spend included AI credits.
robots.txt allows the major AI crawlers. A CDN bot challenge (Cloudflare Bot Fight Mode or AI Crawl Control) can still block them. That setting is in the Cloudflare dashboard, not in this file.
